Wayne Cantwell is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Decathlon Capital Partners where he overseas growth capital investments for fast growing small businesses across North America. Mr. Cantwell is also a General Partner of Crescendo Ventures, a Silicon Valley based Early Stage Venture Capital Firm. Prior to his experience in Investment Management, he held senior executive roles in Semiconductor and Software Industries. Mr. Cantwell was the CEO of SOISIC SA, a French Semiconductor company and prior to that, he was the CEO of inSilicon Corporation, a Semiconductor company he took public on NASDAQ. Prior to that, he held roles at Intel Corporation and NEC Corporation. During the past 30 years, he has served on Board or Advisory Board Roles of over 20 early-stage companies and currently serves on the boards of eAsic Corporation, Arteris Corporation, and Zolo Technologies Corporation. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
